Sodium ascorbyl phosphate (SAP) là một dẫn xuất đầy hứa hẹn của ascorbic acid, rất ổn định với pH 7. Đây là dẫn xuất vitamin C mình yêu thích nhất.
Khi thấm vào da, SAP được phân cắt bởi enzyme trong da để giải phóng ascorbic acid. Chính vì thế, SAP có đầy đủ những tác dụng đặc trưng của vitamin C: chống oxy hóa, thúc đẩy tổng hợp collagen và làm mờ đốm nâu.
